I love to start my day off with a morning protein shake. It’s so easy to blend it up, pour it in a travel cup and head out for the day. As someone who has a hard time eating the recommended amount of protein per day, I find it critical for myself to add it in where I can. This protein shake starts my day off with 25 grams of protein.
Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Scoop of Whey Protein
2 TBSP of oats
1. Cut off the crowns of the strawberries.
2. Add all ingredients to your blender.
(Ice and Almond Milk should be added based on your desired consistency)
3. Blend all ingredients together.
